Sales are automated and easy.
Price overrides may be entered on a line by line basis.
Discounts may be applied at the item level or to the entire
sale.
Use the customer file to set discounts for individuals.
The sales panel interfaces with most of the popular scanners for easy
and
quick item
entry. Easily handles routine sales, tax-exempt sales,
consignment
sales
and
charge sales. If you issue gift certificates, the
system will track and
apply them to
a sale. Inventory on-hand counts
are updated at time of sale

You can control your inventory easily.
For identifying products you can use
the manufacturer's number,
barcode or program-assigned SKU numbers.
Set order quantities, on hand levels and even indicate if an item
can be
discounted.
Up to three alternate product numbers may be entered to
cross-
reference similar products from other
manufacturers.
Month-to-date and year-to-date sales information is captured
and can be used for reporting or measuring product sales
performance.

computer to generate an order for you.

The system uses a predictive system of
ordering based upon levels
you set. In
generating an order you can allow the
computer to list
items to be ordered

select the item from the distributor's
list.
Take the computer's suggestions

specifications. If an item is already on order,
the
SKU is flagged in
the
order panel.

Customer file.
Create an optional database of your customers for sales
notifications, special
order
contact, set individual discounts
or use for out-of-town/state sales.
Special Order tracking.
Keeps track of any special orders, ties the item to a vendor
and customer. When
receiving an order, any special orders
will be "flagged"
Employee file.
Setup employee IDs and keep track of sales, cash drawer, and
other information.
Gift Certificates.
Create gift certificates for your customers. The system will print
and track
the redemption of the certificate for you.
Gift Registry
Clients may create a "wish list" of gifts by specific item, category
or department. Set expiration dates for easy clean-up of registries.
Service Tickets.
Print work orders for the service techs. These may be used at the
parts
counter to add parts to the work order. A single invoice is
created for the
customer listing all repairs, notes and parts used.
